Processing Times
Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping out.

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service, and packages will arrive with your regular mail.
If you are not home when a delivery is attempted, your postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where you can collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated times listed above. These delays are often caused by international customs processing, which is outside of our control.
If your package seems to be taking too long, please contact us and we will help resolve the situation.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:

incorrect or incomplete shipping address,

absent receiver, or

refusal to collect the package,
the parcel will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. These costs (including shipping fees and any additional charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Marked as Delivered But Not Received
Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for items that tracking shows as delivered.
For this reason, we recommend providing a secure delivery address.
